RECRUITMENT CHECKS

In the UK, when recruiting, employers use Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, which are enhanced for roles involving regular contact with vulnerable adults and children. These checks reveal a person's criminal history and help determine their suitability for the position. Other checks, such as proof of identity, references, and verification of qualifications, are also necessary.

M&C requests proof of identity (Valid Passport/ID card)

References

Three written references are required, including one from the candidate's most recent employer.

Employment History

A full employment history, including explanations of any gaps in employment, should be provided.

Qualifications

Valid qualifications are accepted but not required — M&C Home Support Ltd. provides full training for the role.

Right to Work
