RECRUITMENT CHECKS

At M&C Home Support Ltd., all roles are subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. For positions involving regular contact with vulnerable adults and children, enhanced DBS checks are required. These checks provide details of an individual’s criminal history to help ensure the safeguarding of our clients.

Three written references are required, including one from the candidate's most recent employer.

Employment History

A full employment history, including explanations of any gaps in employment, should be provided.

Qualifications

Valid qualifications are accepted but not required — M&C Home Support Ltd. provides full training for the role.
